Why a zebra
Every day, the same rhythmZebras spend most of the day grazing, at a steady pace. Zebra keeps that pace for you: a short plan in the morning and a capture at the end of every weekday.
Far, one day at a timeZebras in Botswana walk one of the longest land migrations in Africa, hundreds of kilometers. Your work adds up the same way: a year of small daily records becomes your brag document.

Paste this prompt into Claude. It schedules your three routines.
Set up my Zebra routines as scheduled tasks, in my time zone: 1. "Zebra morning", every weekday at 7:30: Prepare my day with Zebra. 2. "Zebra capture", every weekday at 18:30: Capture today's promises with Zebra. 3. "Zebra weekly", every Friday at 16:00: Summarize my week with Zebra. Each task needs the Zebra connector plus the connectors for my task manager, my meeting notes and my chat. Before creating them, ask me which task manager and project I plan my work in, and where my meeting notes live. Each task starts by checking that the Zebra connector is available. If it is not, the task stops there, does nothing with the other connectors and tells me to reconnect Zebra.
