Terms of service
01. Who these terms are between
These terms are between you and Avancei Tecnologia LTDA, CNPJ 65.915.777/0001-21, Rua Visconde do Rio Branco 1488, conj. 909, Centro, Curitiba, PR, CEP 80420-210, Brazil ("we"). By connecting Zebra to Claude and signing in, you accept them. Questions go to legal@dailyzebra.com.
02. What the service does
Zebra is a server that your Claude uses to keep the promises found in your meetings and chats, apply the rules you set and plan your day. Zebra does not read your email, calendar, notes or task manager; Claude does that through connectors you set up in Claude, and applies the changes Zebra suggests to your own tools.
Claude is a product of Anthropic and is not part of Zebra. Your use of Claude and of any connector is governed by their own terms.
03. Your account
You sign in with Google or Apple. Each sign-in account has its own space; signing in with a different provider creates a separate space. Keep access to your Claude and your sign-in account secure, since anyone with them can reach your space. You must be old enough to accept these terms where you live, and at least 18.
04. Your content
The promises, rules and other data you or your Claude send to Zebra remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you, as described in the privacy policy.
05. What you are responsible for
- What you ask Claude to send to Zebra, and having the right to share it. Meeting transcripts often include other people's words; follow the rules of your workplace.
- Reviewing the changes Claude applies to your tools. Zebra suggests priorities and dates; you decide your day.
06. Plans and payment
Zebra is free during early access. If we introduce paid plans, we will announce prices at least 30 days before charging, and nothing will be charged without you choosing a plan.
07. Acceptable use
Do not use Zebra to break the law, to store data you have no right to process, to attack or overload the service, to reach other people's spaces, or to resell it without our written agreement.
08. The service is provided as it is
Zebra is in early access. We work to keep it available and correct, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, or that every promise will be found. Zebra helps you plan; it does not replace your judgment.
09. Liability
Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or R$ 1,000, whichever is greater. These limits do not apply where Brazilian law does not allow them.
10. Suspension and ending it
You can stop at any time by removing Zebra from Claude and asking us to delete your account at legal@dailyzebra.com; we delete your data within 30 days. We may suspend an account that breaks the acceptable use rules. If we discontinue Zebra, we will give at least 90 days' notice and a way to export your data.
11. Changes to these terms
New versions are posted here with their date. Material changes are emailed, when we have your email, at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Zebra after that means you accept them.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of Curitiba, PR, have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law lets you bring a claim where you live.
